Lovely Lips - Barry M 145

Good morning lovelies!
Today I bring you a quick post about my favourite lip colour of the moment. I am loving the deep bolder shades that are popular at the moment and rather than being drawn to my usual million shades of red, I have been wearing pinks for a change.
I always love wearing Barry M as they really agree with my lips, stay on and feel nice and on top of all that, they have such a wide array of colours to choose from at a good price point.

I have found myself wearing this Barry M 145 - a bright but rich pink that packs a punch and always gets compliments.
You can find it anywhere that sells Barry M, like Superdrup, Boots or Topshop and it's less than £7, so very manageable!

I am looking to get a few new colours for all those fancy holiday parties coming up so I would love to hear what your favourite lip colours are at the moment!

Harry Fay - A Ring That Fits!

Good morning everyone!
I am really excited to bring you this post today as it's about plus size rings. I know to some of you this may sound crazy but finding rings for bigger fingers isn't easy, so it's really nice when you do and they are nice.
Harry Fay contacted me to see if I was interested in trying out one of their beautiful silver rings and I agreed. Ever since I was in high school and started wearing more jewelry, I have had trouble finding rings for my chubby fingers so for a company to offer up sizing in rings that are gorgeous and silver, this is definitely exciting.

I chose the beautiful Georgette ring with pink and white cubic zirconia and a silver band.
It fits like a glove and is so sparkly and bright. Their online sizing is easy and right on so you don't have to worry. It also come in a gorgeous little red ring box too - so perfect for a gift.

Harry Fay also do other silver jewelry, including men's rings so no one gets left out. Have a look at their website, everything is gorgeous.

OOTD - Swaps Before Shops

Good morning friends!
Today's outfit is another that I acquired at the swap last last weekend. I cannot tell you just how much it has revived my wardrobe! This morning I wanted something comfortable as I wasn't feeling super great due to an oncoming cold… boo. I felt like a 90s grunge chic as well, which certainly helped to improve my mood.

Kaftan/Cardi Thing - Forever21 via Fat Positive Clothes Swap
Cami dress - Asos Curve via Fat Positive Clothes Swap
Leggings - M&S
Boots - FashionWorld.co.uk
Swallows pin - no brand via Claire @ Fat Positive Clothes Swap

I know it's a lot of back but I felt like all the texture and fabric made it more interesting.

Remember kids, Swaps B4 Shops.

Sunday in Paris - The Pink Bra Bazaar

Hello again!

Today I was out with Gaelle and Marie at Trocadero to attend the Pink Bra Bazaar.  To quote them directly The Pink Bra Bazaar is " the first charity uniting women and the world of lingerie (boutiques, manufacturers, designers and media…) to overcome breast cancer. Funds received will support research, prevention, screening and early diagnosis of breast cancer." Despite a smaller turnout, the event was full of colour and life as women came and hung up a bra on the line to help support and raise funds for Breast Cancer research. To attend the event, everyone was asked to wear black, white and a touch of pink, so I did my best to honor the dress code, although I am now aware that I have less pink in my wardrobe than I originally thought. Check out the pictures from the day below:

What I wore: Black tank top - Gap

Tights - Spanx

Skirt - H&M

Cardigan - UNIQLO

Scarf - Oscar de la Renta

Head wrap - Dollarama - Strawberry shortcake

Sneakers - no name

Pink flower brooch - made by me

Thanks for reading!!
