So for those of you who don't know, my obsession with indie plus designers runs deep and this is no exception. Ready To Stare, created by Alysse Dalessandro, have released a 12 piece body chain collection called "Watch the Queen Conquer" available in sizes S-5X over on Etsy. It will be available today but for those of us in the UK, hold on, as it's still the middle of the night in the US.
I am so in love with all of the pieces and the lookbook is amazing - it's so great to see so many different sizes and people wearing these epic body chains.
Also, one of my favourite details is that each piece is named after a famous feminist either past or current like Lucy Stone or Laverne Cox. I think it's amazing when feminism can be incorporated in to fashion in such a unique way.
Pieces range from $35-$99 and will be sold on Etsy along with some of the vintage clothing worn in the photos.
I am so excited to see this kind of creativity in fashion and for all sizes - Ready to Stare are making fashion mean something and looking damn fine whilst doing it!
